What is the return policy? Due to insurance restrictions and the handmade nature of our candles and wax melts, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at whippednwickd@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll gladly send you a replacement candle free of charge.
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale? yes, because each order is custom made, Once an order has been submitted and processing has begun, it cannot be canceled or changed. Please double-check your order before checkout.

When will I get my order? Orders are shipped every Saturday from our workshop in Moses Lake, WA. Whipped 'N' Wick'd is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the postal carrier once shipped.
