What is the return policy? Due to insurance restrictions and the handmade nature of our candles, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at whippednwickd@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll gladly send you a replacement candle free of charge.
Are any purchases final sale? Yes, because each order is custom poured and made by hand, Once an order has been submitted and processing has begun, it cannot be canceled or changed. Please double-check your order before checkout.
When will I get my order? Orders are shipped every Saturday from our workshop in Moses Lake, WA. Whipped 'N' Wick'd is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the postal carrier once shipped.
What about during the summer? Will my candle melt while it's in route to me? During the summer months we will ship your candle with ice packs to keep the candles from melting during transit. It is your responsibility to bring your candle inside after delivery to avoid your work of art from melting.
Where are your products manufactured? Our shop where all the creations come to life is located in Moses Lake, Washington. Pacific Northwest Baby!! One of the most beautiful and breath taking areas around! We might be a little biased though!
