Returns, Refunds & Exchanges — NO REFUND POLICY

Due to the handmade, made-to-order nature of our products and insurance requirements:

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL

  • We do NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including:

    • Processing delays

    • Holiday delays

    • Shipping carrier delays

    • Customer preference changes

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at whippednwickd@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll gladly send you a replacement candle free of charge.

Handcrafted Nature

Every product is individually hand-poured, hand-painted, and decorated by our candle artists.

  • Variations in color, texture, shape, or design are normal

  • No two candles are exactly alike

  • These variations are not considered defects

This is what makes each Whipped'n'wick'd candles one-of-a-kind.

 

Processing Time & Order Fulfillment

 

  • Standard processing time is 3–7 business days

  • Depending on order volume, processing may range from 4–18 business days

  • During holidays, sales, launches, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may extend to 14–21 business days

We always prioritize quality over speed and will never rush production at the expense of craftsmanship.

 Extended processing times due to holidays, sales, or large-volume order periods do NOT constitute grounds for cancellation or a refund.

 Orders are shipped on Tuesday's from our workshop in Moses Lake, WA.

  • Whipped'n'Wick'd is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, or weather-related issues once an order has shipped

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order

  • Reshipments due to incorrect addresses will require additional shipping fees.

 

Summer Shipping

 During the summer months we will ship your candle with ice packs to keep the candles from melting during transit. It is your responsibility to bring your candle inside after delivery to avoid your work of art from melting.

Where are your products manufactured? Our shop where all the creations come to life is located in Moses Lake, Washington. Pacific Northwest Baby!! One of the most beautiful and breath taking areas around! We might be a little biased though!

Can you create custom orders? YES ABSOLUTLY!! We love doing custom orders. Got an idea? let us know! use the contact button to send us a message on what you're thinking about and we can get that idea out of your head and into a beautiful, sweet and irresistible creation!!
